Pressure ranges from medium to firm, it is the time spent and the body’s response in the specific muscle groups that determine the release. May or may not be a full body service.

Mothers to be are assisted into a side lying position with the use of cushions and pillows for comfort. Similar to a swedish massage this full body massage will help relieve aches and pains assoiated with pregnancy as well as help the client with relaxation.

This 90 minute integrative experience combines a Reiki and a custom massage session. The first 30 minutes or so I will apply Reiki energy to the body using hands on or above, working with the unseen energy to promote healing followed by a full body massage to further induce relaxation overall.
